It's ok, when you are done xfering it to the PC just eat the original copy of the tape. You get it back.

I don't have any videos of myself on the internet, however I would think that everyone is going to look different. Do you have any videos of yourself?

And "practicing JKD" seems a bit broad. Maybe you can narrow it down to trapping/sparring/dummy work or something relative?
