Diet Myth Busting?

so far only the low-carb is not debunked....

But good grief! I need to reassess my diet....reading does not help any:

Don't eat meat, it's bad for you (and evil, think of all the animals)
don't eat grains, they are bad for you (Celiac, krohns, etc)
Don't eat legumes, they are inflamatory
Sugar - bad (funny though, the drugs stores in Germany sell glucose, no dextrose as candy, plus it's staple in the kitchen to sweeten food and drink for the ill)
even fruit is bad...too sugary (say what?)
starch - ALL bad, even potatoes and bananas....

in the end you can only eat vegetables, and only some, because you get e. coli from some.

and let's not forget, dairy, bad BAD...
