My friend and I are going to spar this tuesday, and I've never sparred with him before in my life. He's a stronger, more bulky guy, whereas I am an average weight, faster person.
I know he's a better fighter than me, but are there any tips you can give me to make me do better? He's coming down from far away and I want to make him be all amazed.
