I like what SmartfightTrav has to say in a few of his videos great info to keep alive and remember also FightTips here:- fightTIPS

Good guys putting up allot of good info that you can use in sparring or training.

I use it in training with my son as i teach him to move around and work on his foot work highly recommended YouTube channels and you can contact them as well for added advice.

I also just recently connected ChromecastUltra to my Samsung HD LCD TV and now I can watch these Youtubes from my lounge room its awesome.
