Dan Henderson leaves the UFC to sign with Strikeforce

12-07-2009 10:15 AM:In a somewhat surprising development, former Pride light-heavyweight and middleweight champion Dan Henderson, has left the Ultimate Fighting Championship for STRIKEFORCE. Once expected to rematch Anderson Silva before the bout was scrapped in favor of Vitor Belfort, Henderson relinquishes his number one contendership to compete in STRIKEFORCE.
