Gm Cheon is one of the best people in TKD. I am sure that he will do great job with this.

Looks like Kukkiwon is granting all organizations "special" relationship. makes sense for KKW since not everyone in the US belongs to any 1 particular org.

USAT will have "Nothing" to offer individual club owners as perks for being a member.

And no 1 group will be able to monopolize the KKW certificate process.

I do like Article 4 (restrictions): "CUTA should not issue their own taekwondo poom/dan certificates."
