The officer tells the Star-Ledger that he had no special medical training, but was able to manage the ultimate Happy Meal prize:
"I saw the baby's head and simply maneuvered the child's body to a position where the mother was able to easily deliver. I am not an EMT, I just pulled from what I remember learning from my academy days."
The woman and baby were transported to the hospital and are doing fine.
