Lots of nice moves in there. One throw, about 6:16, is brutal if done without the attacker knowing what defense is going to be used. It may look to some as if she almost missed the throw. In fact, she is throwing in such a way as to guarantee ripping the arm brutally from the socket, and putting a lot of torque on the arm/shoulder and subsequent throw. It makes the landing more difficult to control as well.

1. strength training - At 1.00 the belt cracking. I do that 360 times every other day. It can give me a great workout.
2. follow up - At 3.30, a hip throw followed by a side mount that can link the throw and ground game nicely.
3. mobility - At 4.26, the 1 against 2 training.
4. combo - At 6.23, since her opponent resists, she chance a forward "hip throw" into a backward "front cut"
5. counter - At 6.37, He uses "leg block" to counter her "front cut".
6. ...
