Do you act in the same manner of one handed chi sao as far as flowing into other attacks like chi sao. Or do you work with the same motions and switch left to right and so on?:asian:
 
Chi sao can not be taught in text it has to be felt! Here is some idea's for you!
Jun Fan Gung Fu Chi Sao Training

Chi sao Training-While training in Chi Sao, you lock arms with a partner, and begin the drill by rotating your arms up and down in a semi-circular arc. It is crucial to follow your partner's movements as closely as possible and to maintain the correct hand positions which are Tan Sao, Fook Sao through-out the exercise. The Chi sao rotation pattern resembles the arcs that the arms would use in turning the steering wheel of a big bus. Try to keep your elbows as close as you can, through-out the drill. Don't allow the elbows to come closer than three inches to your stomach.

The use of the following techniques are next:
1. Sticky hands training combined with close range tactics/sensitivity skills
a. Tying up your opponent's hands by crossing them
b. Striking up the center line
c. Striking to the outside
d. Striking below the arms
e. Chi Sao to straight punches
f. Chi Sao to Chop Choi
g. Chi Sao to backfist
h. Chi Sao to finger jab Bui Gee
i. Chi Sao to Palm Heel vertical & horizontal
