Changing username

Hey everybody. I've been gone for a long time, and a lot has changed with me. I was trying to find how to change my username. I would prefer to just use my real name from this point forward. I cannot seem to find a thread that discusses it. Could someone tell me how to go about this or link me to the proper instructions.
