Outstanding movement! No question one of the best I've witnessed via video for a variety of reasons. It's not the speed really, although that's excellent; I've seen many fast people in various arts that were on the same level there including some silat folks.

It's the way he keeps and coordinates his structure behind the quick movements coupled with his footwork and weight distribution. I've only seen very few people do that in person or on video.

Cecep A. Rahman is starring as the Assassin in the sequel The Raid 2: Berandal

I trained with him for a few days at a seminar last year. He is fantastic martial artist, teacher and a hella cool guy.

For any of you living in Florida, in June 2014 he will be teaching 2 Silat seminars, one in Tampa (21st & 22nd) and another in Orlando (28th & 29th)
