Calf muscle has healed.

My calf muscle has finally healed. 3 weeks of Cardio training missed because of it. 1 more weak of rehab and it's back to normal training.

2 injuries healed and 2 more injuries to heal. protein drink and more seems to be speeding the healing process. My body seems to be using all of the protein that I take in. 30g from the drink. For me too much protein = "time out" in the bathroom.

You work out, you need to drink more protein. On my long workout days, I drink 100g of protein drink. As you get older, going more bathroom is a blessing. Believe me!!! :))

How old are you? For me, injuries are like daily thing. Of all things, I injured my jaws from eating!!!! Now I have to device exercise for the jaw!!!! So far, knock on wood, it seems to work. Strange things happens when you get old!!!
