Bowyer.

In this post, Samurai refers to a book called The Traditional Bowyer's Bible. Is a bowyer the same as an archer, or is it a bow-maker (like a fletcher is an arrow-maker)?

As I understand it a bowyer is a person who makes bows. A fletcher is a person who makes arrows.

A bowyer is in fact someone that makes BOWS (as in bows and arrows).

The Archer is the person that uses the bows (it can be the same person).
