while searching for a good KM workout outside of class, DOK mentioned burpees and bodyweightculture.com as a good choice to experiment with new ideas to supplement KM training. just checking to see if anyone has any input, ideas or currently trying what they have to offer on their site. everything's free so it couldn't hurt to take a look, right?
