Black Hawk Down the Movie on FX

Black Hawk Down will be on FX tonight at 7:00 PM EDT

I really liked the History Channel version, and look forward to see the Hollywood version.

I saw it on HBO some while back. It was a good movie. The book is on my shelf, but I haven't gotten to it yet!

I saw the movie on VCR shortly after in came to theaters. I couldn't watch the whole movie because of my anger and disgust for what the political system did to contribute to the death of all those solider. A few Apache helo could have improve the situation a whole lot.

I preferred the History Channels version. Less Hollywood drama and build up of characters, and actual interviews with people.

But that is my taste. Overall not bad, but I preferred the docudrama as they call they from the History Channel.

I sat on the edge of my seat inparts of the movie.
It was hard to not yell at the screen at times.
Brave men gave their lives for each other and I bow to the courage that they showed
