Loren Christensen ranks as my favorite author of MA training books. I'm not talking philosophy here, just training. I go back to Solo Training again and again. Which authors do you find most helpful for training?

I'd love to see an author combine book and on-line video examples. Don't know if anyone does that for a reasonable amount of $$.
