A question for all those who combine weights with MA. What are your personal bests on Squat and Bench?


Mine are as follows: Squat 580 lb
Bench 440lb

My personal best was
Squat = 310
Bench = 275

I was pleased enough with this as I'm only a recreational lifter that tries my hardest. Also I only weigh 152 lbs.
 
Bench=350 (wasn't even in the ball park of some of the guys, but was pretty good for the light weights. the record was 415)
Squat=655 (it was just enough at the time to beat the record for the lightweight divison)
 
Bench, 325, Squats, I don't do, bad knees.
 
Not a powerlifter just an athlete who prefers to be strong

you guys just aren't using the force.
 
I'm 13 years old and my best bench is about 110 Kgs which I think is about 220 lbs.
