I am pleased to announce that the date(s) and location for the AUSKF 2005 Iaido Camp has been confirmed:

Torrance is approximately 20 miles south of downtown Los Angeles.


Preliminary schedule:

Thursday, September 29, 2005: Seminar
Friday, September 30, 2005: Seminar
Saturday, October 1, 2005: Tournament
Sunday, October 2, 2005: Promotional test

This event will be hosted and organized by the Southern and Northern California Iaido Associations (SCIA and NCIA, respectively). More details and information will be released when available over the next few weeks. Updates and information will also be made available on the AUSKF website:

Sadanori Ueno, 8 dan hanshi iaido and Chairman of the ZNKR Iaido Committee and Kiyofusa Takeda, 8 dan hanshi iaido have been confirmed as guest instructors from Japan. Ueno sensei and Takeda sensei were the guest instructors at last year's AUSKF Iaido Camp in Boulder, Colorado.
