Since this is a political film, I thought I should mention it here, rather than at the regular movie forum. The trailer of Atlas Shrugged is out. It looks low budget but just getting it made was probably a big task, so I'll give it a break.

I'll see it. But it looks to me as if it won't get much in the way of press or advertising. Hopefully it will make enough to get to parts 2 and 3 though.

Looks pretty good. I still can't believe this movie is getting made in Hollywood. But then again, Hollywood is filled with people who want to make as much money as possible even while they're telling other people that shouldn't be their first priority :lol:

I said a while ago I didn't think this would come out well, everything I see is making me more sad. My favorite book in the hands of a Director who's biggest work to date is acting on a WB teen drama, not even directing! I hope for the best but I really don't know what to think.

Oh, and the Rearden logo is all wrong too.
