Apex, NC explosions and fires

Please keep this in your thoughts and prayers. Lots of chaos going on down here. My wife works in Apex, and I had to drive her to school this morning, not knowing what happened.

Things are still fuzzy as to what exactly has happened and what environmental/health concerns will be...

My day job is in an auto dealership about 1.5 miles as the crow flys from the explosion site. We're evacuating and heading home.

My thoughts and prayers are with all of you in that area. That is tragic and frightening. I used to live in the Boone area and my parents and in-laws are in Boone, so that whole general area is still near and dear to my heart. Take care.

Certain residents have been allowed to return, so thats good... the region closest to the fire is still shut down. Thank God no fatalities I am aware of! Personally, I'm just concerned about the ground water... Hopefully things will get back to normal quite soon!
