Anaguma Dojo San Diego

Anyone know anything about this Bujinkan dojo in San Diego? The head instructor is Lance Kumm (10th dan) and instructor Bill Stegner (3rd dan). On their website they say they are a Taka Seigi dojo under Phil Legare. They have extended me an invitation to train there after a trial session, and they said I would have to become a Bujinkan member to do so. Are these guys a pretty safe bet? Anyone have any info on any of these people?

I attended Anakuma Dojo for over a year when they opened. It was a great program in which I learned a ton about self defense and self protection in general.
