Adios!

Why not?

The place was a bit rural for me...well not really that but F-berg hs a pop. of about 15K and was a branch office.

The other office is in Chevy Chase, MD just north of DC.

Things is, as a semi-pro musician and martial artist living away from my family for long stretches, I wanted to make sure I could exercise my hobbies so I wouldn't go crazy. F-berg did not really seem to have much of anything in either music or martial arts and here it's a lot closer to a lot more going on.

I'm surprised. My Sabumnim showed me a list of almost 30 Yong-In instructors in Northern Virginia. Several in the F-berg area. TKD seems to be huge there. MD is no slouch in TKD either. If you want some recommendations, let me know. The music is another story. I can see MD offering more in that department. Well, good luck to you wherever you land.

I changed my mind on the location (I had a choice) and I'm now in Maryland just north of Washington DC, looking for apartments and dojangs

I worked in Adelphi, MD a couple of summers.

I also worked in Dahlgren, VA one summer, and remember driving to Fredericksburg when I needed to buy anything that was more complicated than a hamburger... :(
