A question about repechage

I´m gonna make taekwondo student competition, and I have a question about repechage:

-All tournament will be between 16 fighters

-It will be single elimination with single repechage (only finalist losers will opt to third place)

-But I wanna to give diplomas for eight best fighters

*FIRST PLACE is the champion
*SECOND PLACE is the runner-up
*THIRD PLACE is champion of repechage
*FOURTH PLACE is runner-up of repechage

But I have no idea fifht-eight places

I suppose that semifinals repechage losers will be fifth

But who is seventh place? Quarterfinals losers against semifinals losers (don´t go to repechage) or first round repechage losers (but if one player loses first round anf afterwards first round repechage will be seventh losing his both fights)

Does anybody know him?
