A heavy bag on ceiling wall or stand / free standing bag

I am moving into my first floor flat and will be getting a bag. Ideally I get a heavy kick boxing bag for knee or shin level strikes. Potential problems are: 1. there are neighbours upstairs, so hanging on ceiling is a no? 2. Ceiling is high, so hanging from ceiling may not work. 3. Walls are plaster board, so not confident wall bracket would work. A bag stand that holds the heavy bag with a pull up bar may be an ideal alternative. Suggestions? I know the stand would have to be bolted to the floor to keep it stable. The floor currently has plywood, on top of pine floor boards. LVT floor boards still to be installed. Free standing bag, may be the only option. Seriously considering the bob xl or alternative free standing bag, but can we lower bob xl enough so can practice strikes to actual knee level area? I know it has no knees but can it be lowered enough to strike the same level as knee at full force? Kindly let me know asap. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.
