<<Hello all!
I'm happy to pass along the following details on our next Michigan Sport Taekwondo training session.
The training will take place on June 13 in room 150 IM West on MSU's campus, in East Lansing, MI. You can park in the lot in front of the building free of charge.
There will be two segments to the training session.
Segment 1: 10:15AM Competition Poomsae. **The competition poomsae segment is for ages 14 and up red belts and black belts only.**
Segment 2: 1PM Sparring. Bring contact gear please.
This training session is offered free of charge to all MST members. If you are not a member, you can bring $10 to the event and purchase a membership there.
