Good news: Both the UFC and Strikeforce recognize that we could all use free* stuff every now and then. Perhaps it's because we're all spending too much on t-shirts, or just that we're all a little broke.
The UFC has responded by giving us two new fights from UFC on Versus 1 on Spike's "UFC Unleashed" tonight at 9 p.m. ET. Clay Guida's submission of Shannon Gugerty and Brendan Schaub's TKO of Chase Gormley will both be shown.
Strikeforce's Challengers Series is a part of Showtime's free preview weekend. If you don't subscribe to Showtime already, check it out March 25-28. On Friday night, you can watch a Challengers show that will feature Zoila Frausto vs. Miesha Tate and the return of shooting victim Lavar Johnson, who will take on Lolohea Mahe.
