work pants that can move easily for training too

Anyone have pants that they recommend for moving around comfortably and unrestricted that would be appropriate for work attire. Clearly sweat pants are easy to move around in but they don't work so well in a professional setting. I'm looking for pants that look respectable but can stretch and bend and move with hindering me.
