Blue Belt
I've just got a red oak bo and am trying to find out the best way of caring for it.
So far I have sanded the shop wax? layer completely off as it scratched and marked easily, and have given it 3 fairly heavy coats of mineral turps/linseed oil mixed at 50/50. The last coat didnt absorb as quick or as completely as the first two.
Anything else I should do or shouldn't have done?
