Shot tonight at a photography meetup.

The night shot, I'm playing with. Lots of noise, lots of eh. Shot hand held after dark, so for what it is, it's ok. LOL

It is finally summer in NY. Great shots, especially the first one.

Nope. Straight from the camera, no filters, no Photoshop (other than a resize). :)

Skyline

This had some extra processing, is 3 shots merged into 1.

Something in the colors/level of detail in that one leaves it unappealing to me. The houses in the left foreground and those in the right foreground don't seem like they belong together. Maybe that's how it really looks, but it isn't working for me!

I really like the top one... The last skyline looks somehow fake, like a toy or unfinished movie fx shot.

Ya know, now that you mention it, it does look like a model. LOL.

last one.

Nice! I like it. The LHS does go a little too dark too quickly, but the RHS has great colors and the lights reflected in the water work well in the in-between zone. Might have been better with the boat a little more to the right--if it was taken just a little eariler. But, a good choice of subject and time, and a nice shot!
