Does anybody else struggle with flexibility in the winter time? I stretch daily and was improving significantly in the summer. Now six months later, I feel like my body is moving backwards. This is frustrating, as I was making decent improvements. Now I feel like I wake up less flexible every day and tear easier :arghh:

I get much worse in the winter. I have bad knees (one significantly worse than the other), and the cold makes them ache more. So I do a little bit less of the things that bug them, which leads to more stiffness and loss of flexibility in other areas.

We were always generally tighter in the winter months, fortunately our dojo was really, really warm. (Free heat, too.)

Old Man Winter is a nasty bastard.
