Wing Chun in Sydney, Australia?

Hello all.

I'm new to the forum, but not new to Wing Chun.

I know this might seem like an obvious topic, but I was wondering if anyone knew of any Wing Chun schools, classes or teachers that they could recommend in Sydney, Australia?

I know that there are some bigger schools in Sydney, and I have experienced a few but that's not where my head's at, at the moment. I've been out of practice for a while, and am just looking to get back into it.
