Wing Chun in Orange County

Anyone know of a good Wing Chun school in Orange County CA?
One that focuses on practicality, and application.

Orange County Ca., nearest "big city is Long Beach then LA, but in So Cal traffic, 30miles can take 2 hours.

Don't know of anyone in Long Beach, but in L.A, there are a few. In L.A. I would recommend Hawkins Cheung Sifu. He is one of the old school guys, studied under Yip Man and was classmate to Bruce Lee. He has also taught a few Hollywood celebrities. He's a small guy but amazing speed and power.
