Wing Chun Articles at The Martialist

I took a quick look at the articles at The Martialist.
1 article stood out to me, due in part to the Chinese Animal series in MartialTalk Magazine. The Animals of Wing Chun By Sifu Anthony Iglesias is an excellent look at the ideas and concepts behind the WC animals.

I most liked the idea that each animal represents a concept that counters another concept.
The opponent that attacks with an explosive power (fire) can be nuetralized by a defense that is variable and adaptive to what is thrown at it (water), for example.
