That laying down with barbells to full standing is impressive tho.

That is of course if there isn't some trick to it I don't as of yet understand.

The original title was probably "Hello and Goodbye Mister Rotator Cuff. This sort of training will void the warranty on your shoulders, elbows, knees, wrists, lower back and hip flexors."

The guy has a seriously impressive physique. I'm sure he's strong as a bull and gets a lot of girls with the six pack and broad shoulders. But what sort of shape will he be in at 45?
