Hey Everyone

My wife said that we could get a really good standing heavy bag for Christmas, so I'm looking for some recommendations. I need something that can really take a beating. Something I can low kick and won't slide. Something I can high kick and not knock over. I'd like to get something that will provide lots of resistance along the entire length and is preferrably as tall as I am.

What would you recommend?

Hit Karateconnection.com

Get an Ultraman. Actual targets, legs to hit, best striking device I've ever used. I own one, one of my students owns one, and my TKD instructor bought 2 for his school.

If you get this message in time, Sports Authority is selling a classic Wavemaster for $79, Friday the 24th and Saturday the 25th. That is $20 off the normal price.

Call 1-888-801-9164 or go to sportsauthority.com for your local location.

The Classic goes from 47 inches to 68 inches in height, but it is fairly thin compared to the newer models. Still, that is a great deal, and if you show up Friday morning at 5:30 am and are one of the first 100 customers, you get ten dollars off of your purchase.
Good luck with that the day after Thanksgiving.
;-)
