I'm guilty... roughly 95% of my mornings go without breakfast of some kind or another... it's usually because I'm just NOT hungry. However; I do love a good (big) breakfast and sometimes I just ain't got the time to make one. But a short quick breakfast (muffin/juice) is about as good as I'm gonna get.
