videos on the pc

Hi i just got a cable internet at college now i have been watching alot of fights and cartoon's on my pc will it save them on to my pc and cause it to be slower? If so can how do i get ride of the video files

If you are just streaming video on your computer, then no it doesn't store those files locally.
