To my way of thinking, this kind of thing represents the best possible use of celebrity (whether of individuals or events).

To borrow a phrase from the great movie Children of Paradise, if everyone who got their 15 minutes of fame used it this way, the world would shine like the sun...

That is awesome....watching the event a majority of the fighters were emotional and honored to be there. It was the best of MMA put on display!

I wish all events had the respect and humility that this one had. I am sure that some of it was being in the presence of a lot of warriors.

Good on the UFC and the fighters in it!
