Orange Belt
Being here in the USA ,sometimes its a bit difficult to find great music for my silat classes.By that I mean ,music that seems specifically tailored to training . I have found a couple nice CDs that I am enjoying for various aspects of my workouts. Just thought I'd share.....
Martial Arts Drumming by Buddy Helm ....available on www.inosanto.com I think
Warrior Within by Alex Turnbull....I got this on www.silatmart.com , but it may be out of stock at the moment
At any rate, I think there are pretty nice DVDs for training or background music while doing training. The Drumming CD seems better for al ot of my worth but I am enjoying the Warrior Within a lot and it seems fine for slower work and meditation, etc.
