Greetings to all,
My name is Paul Zelinka, the owner of Titan Fitness, a fitness and martial arts facility in State College, PA. We teach mixed martial arts, Filipino martial arts, Thai boxing, and boxing with additional fitness training to include personal training and also "300" group training for elite athletes.
We have a future event that we are excited about telling everyone about. We are hosting a seminar with the great Erik Paulson November 10 & 11 at our facility.
