Has anyone ever heard of this style of kung fu ? what is it?:idunno:

Yep, I study it. For more information, you can look at the web site www.tienshanpai.org. It has a bunch on history etc. If you have a specific question, just ask away.

Thats a very interesting website! I didn't know much of anything about tien shan pai, but that website was very informative. Do you guys also practice chi sau for fighting?

I agree about the web site. It's not my school's site but I find it has a lot more information on it about the style. Inside Kung Fu magazine has had a lot of articles on our style recently as well.

We don't do chi sau as extensively as Wing Chun, but we do have several moves that immobilize weapons so we can follow through with attacks.

As for Chin Na it's a large part of our program. Students are required to know lot's of chin na at each level. I also have flow drills for the students so they learn to move from one lock to another and they're required to develop their own drills at the upper ranks.
