Taekwondo in NJ/NYC?

Hi guys,

I'm going to NJ (West New York) in August and I'd like to try and get one session in at a dojang while I'm there. The only one I found was Tae Kuek Tae Kwon Do (which is right down the end of my brother's street), but a google search doesn't show whether it's ITF/WTF or who the instructor is. Is anyone aware of this place?

What about any other recommendations? I'm looking for Kukki-Taekwondo style, one that does a good mix of everything rather than just lots of modern sparring training.

Mark's an excellent competitor/coach - but do you know how rounded his classes are? I'll only be a couple of months out from knee operation (and haven't been able to do much sparring work since tearing my cartilage 18 months ago) so don't know how much sparring work I'll be able to do.
