stretching

i need help, I've been stretching for over a moth now and it seems like i'm not going anywhere, can anyone help me and give me some info and knowledge and stuff? anything!
 
First off e-speedy your age and wieght would be helpful. Like myself 45 and 225 lbs. so i need to be streching everyday to stay a little bit in shape someone younger would need less time streching. with ,ore info. one could help you more.

Yeah don't rush. A month is nothing, especially if you're just starting out.

It matters because physical development and athleticism and the like are affected by ones physical development (i.e. age, weight, etc.).

Just keep working at it, flexibility is not an over-night phenomenon.
 
At 15 and a buck 25 you will be ok you need to be streching about thirty minutes a day and you need to do some elastic cord steches it will be able to help you gain control over your muscle.
