St.louis Sparring Partners

I am looking for people in St.louis Missouri who are interesting in Sparring with people of other styles or the same style. I believe the best way to increase ones skill is to engage in actual combat. This way you can get use to using your Art.


Does anyone in St.Louis have desire to Spar or Practice together.


I am interested in growing in my Art and learning from actual Sparring. I don't have alot sparring partners. So I am looking to hopefully meet some like minded people in my area...
