pretty ruff business on these last few post. and i'm glad that its finally being watched closely. felt like a bunch of bully's back in school trying to beat on you cause you didn't have a pair of "pump rebook"! i really enjoy talking to other ninjitsu/ninjutsu practitioners out there. not be afraid because "biff" is going to walk in and tell you "mcfly, i told you never to come in here!" hee hee!

that being said i do have a question:
how does one achieve the splits faster? i have seen that course in black belt mag where you can achieve it overnight. anyway just need some suggestions.

I'd suggest looking into Pavel's stretching books and videos:

www.dragondoor.com The best approach that I've found hands down. Much of the time, everyone is able to do splits, based on muscular elasticity and the strength of the connective tissues of the hips. There is a muscular tensing of opposing groups making this difficult. Sort of a defense mechanism created (often inaccurately) by the brain to prevent injury. Pavel lays out many ways to work past this and retrain the "clench effect" to relax.

Another good reference are the Whartons: http://www.aistretch.com/
