Spinning Techniques to Recover Your Fighting Stance

Well since I've trained CLF for some time now I have learned to enjoy using the spinning movements in my own sparring strategy and feel that they have helped my personal sparring greatly.

Since I'm a person who spars while using allot of kicks I've found that the spinning techniques allow me to recover after a missed kick or use a kick as a feint and land a powerful spinning attack.

I will say i practiced the traditional spinning elbow, backfist/chop & kicks while doing my MMA but really didn't value them as much as I do now since I have became more proficient in Kung fu.
