Simple self defense for women at the office

I was looking thru some videos and I came across this one.

I am unsure if it was meant as a joke or not but it does seem to put
a sense of humor towards teaching compared to other Self defense intructional videos.

IMO, the routine reminds me of a Three stooges or Buster Keaton type skit.
