Not a student of his, but as I have lots of time on my hands at the moment, I have been trawling the net doing some reading.

A very good site, check out the Training tips tab. Good for inexperienced people like myself with some ideas and explanations.

The video of SK performing SLT is almost exactly the way I have been taught. Not surprising given the lineage of the guy who taught me. As I explained in the Chi Gerk thread.

Anyway, worth a look if you want a read.

Yeah your right it is a good site , a lot of training tips on there.
I don't agree with every thing he says , but thats just the old different lineages thing.

But all in all a very interesting read , thanks for finding it and telling us about it Bully.
