I disagree with point #2 to an extent. It basically says that "BM" was chosen because the attacker didn't realize he was armed, and this led to BM's success. Had the attacker realized BM was armed (open-carry), BM probably wouldn't have been "chosen" in the first place. Of course, that's just my opinion, however I should also note that the fact that BM was "chosen", may have saved another innocent-persons life, had it been someone else not knowing what to do or how to handel the situation.
