Questions regarding Yan Jing Yi Shen Gong

Can anyone here tell me what this is? A friend asked me because she knew I studied martial arts. However, I take kajukenpo, so am not at all familiar with more traditional arts. She mentioned that she thinks it is similar to tai chi, but wanted to know more. I don't even know what language this is, so don't even know which country's martial arts history to search. A basic web search didn't give me much, and IMO, most of that was just one web crawler plagiarizing another one, so I didn't put much stock in it.

I would greatly appreciate any light anyone here could shed or sites you could refer me to. I want to give my friend accurate info, not just hype.
